Creamy Red Potatoes

We made these potatoes for dinner tonight. It worked well because I was able to put them in the crockpot this morning and they were ready in time for Mike when he got home from work today. He threw some burgers on the grill and we had an easy, yummy dinner. Try these potatoes!!!

2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Place potatoes in a slow cooker. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix until blended. Stir into potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 4-6 servings.
