Prep time: 30 minutes (ready in 30 minutes)
2 fresh turkey breast tenderloins (3/4 pound each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup honey-mustard dressing (I used Ken's honey mustard... it's a good one!)
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1.) Heat gas or charcoal grill. Brush turkey tenderloins with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In 1/2- to 1- quart saucepan, mix dressing and basil.
2.) When grill is heated, place turkey on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning and brushing with dressing mixture 2 or 3 times, until turkey is fork-tender and juices run clear.
3.) Heat any remaining dressing mixture to rolling boil; boil 1 minutes. Serve with turkey.
