5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
6 carrots, cut in 1-inch length
1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can whole new potatoes, drained
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
Shredded cheddar cheese
Wash, dry chicken breasts with paper towels and place in sprayed, oval slow cooker.
In bowl, combine carrots, green beans potatoes and mushroom soup and pour over chicken in cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
When ready to serve, sprinkle cheese over top.
