It seems lately that I've been hearing about grace an awful lot. The Beth Moore simulcast... Law and Grace. Sunday sermons... grace. Conversations... grace. So, when I was given the opportunity to read and review One Way Love by Tullian Tchividjian... a book about grace... I couldn't pass it up!

Back at the beginning of October I went to a Women of Faith conference. Before I left I put the book where I would see it when I returned so that I would remember to read it. I show up to Women of Faith, check the schedule and guess what! Tullian Tchividjian is one of the speakers!

And he, of course, spoke about grace and one-way love. I went home excited to dig into this book and I was not disappointed! What a fresh and necessary look at grace!

What exactly is grace?
Why do we struggle with receiving grace?
How does grace change a person?
How can I show grace, that one-way kind of love, to others?

These are questions that are answered in this book. It has challenged me and expanded my mind. It has made me re-evaluate my relationship with God and how I view him.

In this book we learn that one-way love has nothing to do with the receiver of the love and everything to do with the giver.

If you are caught up with performancism, exhausted from trying to be perfect and please everyone, and afraid of failure... this book is full of so much good news for you! In fact, I think everyone can benefit from the teachings in this book.

Tullian says in One Way Love that "The Gospel, in other words, liberates us to be okay with not being okay. We can stop pretending that we are anyone but who we actually are." AMEN!!

So how do you get a copy of this book? Well first I need to give the details (obligation people!) and then I will share with you how you can win a copy of One Way Love for yourself.
